If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase once the product arrives, please return UNWORN products with tags still attached and the sales receipt to us within 14 days for a full refund. Purchaser is responsible for cost of return shipping. To prevent abuse of our policy, WE WILL NOT refund for used products.

If for any reason the model you ordered is not to your liking, you may exchange it for another model within 14 days at no additional cost. Returned models must be unworn, with tags still attached, and the sales receipt. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges, both for the returned item and the new model.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective, we will gladly refund or exchange it for a new one. Simply return the defective product with tags still attached and the sales receipt within 14 days and indicate whether you would like a full refund or exchange for a new unit of the same model. Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost of the return but will not have to pay shipping and handling for the new outbound unit.

Ground shipments will arrive in 3-7 business days. Shipping and handling cost is applied to PER ORDER. Additional units on same order incur NO ADDITIONAL shipping and handling charge. Expedited orders received before 1PM Eastern Time will ship that same day.

BuddyTops.com will ship all international orders through our carriers. IF there are International tariffs and duty taxes or Customs fees, the purchaser is responsible for said costs in addition to the Shipping and Handling costs.

We may use the information collected to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
